Since the beginning of his career, Larry June has consistently dropped new music.  But since 2018, Larry June has maintained an increasingly prolific pace.  In 2019, he dropped six total projects: Early Bird, The Port of San Francisco, Trap Larry, Mr. Midnight, Out the Trunk, and Product of the Dope Game.   Each project played a different role in his evolution as an artist.  His final project of 2019, Product of the Dope Game features one of June’s rawest cuts, “Organic Tears.” On this song, June details his childhood, coping with his grandma’s death, and his strained relationship with his father. I appreciate this song because it shows a different part of Larry June than we’re used to.
