Please read the Terms of Submission and License Grant fully and carefully before submitting your Work to the “Site” (“us”), Superchamp Books, Inc.  These Terms set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your Work submissions.

Terms of Submission and License Grant

By submitting (via the Site, email, social media, or any other submission method) to us your Work — here “Work” being defined to include but not limited to writings, i.e. articles, essays, interviews, profiles, news, reports, reviews, tutorials, and/or the like; videos, i.e. video tutorials, vlogs, and the like; and podcasts — you hereby do and shall grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to use, edit, modify, truncate, aggregate, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise fully exploit the Work in publications (online and print) owned by or associated with the Site, and in connection with the Site, and our (and our successors’ and assigns’) businesses, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Site or the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels (including, without limitation, third party websites and feeds).

For the sake of clarity, the foregoing license grant includes our right to distribute, display, perform and otherwise use the Work in connection with material provided by any of our sponsors, and you shall not be entitled to any remuneration for such use. To the extent any Work that you submit includes your name, likeness, voice, or photograph, you acknowledge and agree that the foregoing license of this Section (Section 3) shall equally apply to the same.

For clarity, if your writings, are published on the Site, you grant us worldwide, exclusive first serial rights to them.  In addition, you acknowledge and agree that you shall grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to use, edit, modify, truncate, aggregate, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform, and otherwise fully exploit the writings in publications (online and print) owned by us or the Site or associated with the Site, and our (and our successors’ and assigns’) businesses, and in connection with the Site.

For clarity, the foregoing license grants to us and our users do not affect your other ownership, copyright, or license rights in your Work, including the right to grant additional licenses to your Work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You represent and warrant that you have all rights to grant such licenses to us without infringement or violation of any third party rights, including without limitation, any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
