Freeway is a rapper from North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He’s a member of State Property, and he was on Roc-A-Fella records in the early 2000s.  In 2003, Freeway released his debut album, Philadelphia Freeway.  “What We Do” Ft. Jay-Z and Beanie Sigel was the lead single.  And boy do I remember it.  When I was younger, sometimes I watched music videos before I went to school.  One morning, I saw the “What We Do” video, and it parked me.  The song was crazy, and my head was nodding viciously.   At the time, I was probably five or six, but I remember the feeling the song gave me.  I went to school charged! Today, it makes me feel the same way.
