Source Material: Mighty Ryeders – “Evil Vibrations”

Mighty Ryeders were a funk group based in Florida that was formed in 1977.  In 1978, the group released their one and only album, Help Us Spread The Message.  The album included a range of sounds from funk to soul to jazz.  It featured songs like “Evil Vibrations,” “Lovely,” and “Let There Be Peace.”  “Evil Vibrations” is one of their most well-known songs and also a great example of their range.
