Naughty By Nature is a hip hop trio from East Orange, New Jersey. The group is comprised of Treach, Vin Rock, and DJ Kay Gee. They’re known for hits like “O.P.P.” (1991), “Hip Hop Hooray” (1993), and “Feel Me Flow” (1995). Their third album, 19 Naughty III, featured “Hip Hop Hooray,” “It’s On,” and “Written on Ya Kitten,” but the song “Hot Potato” is a strong deep cut. On “Hot Potato” Treach and Freddie Foxxx (Bumpy Knuckles) exchange two verses. The beat and the lyrics are hard.
